Pamagkulit (or Kulitan) was the Baybayin script of the early Kapampangans. It was probably the most incomplete Baybayin because it only had 3 vowels and 12 consonants. (For details, see http://rciasia.tripod.com/pamagkulit.html.)

The early Kapampangans had no character for wa and ya (ia and ua was probably used instead). They had no character for ha since they could not pronounce the letter h (their accent just mutes the h sound).

My Modified Pamagkulit script was inspired by the one featured in Paterno’s Comparative Syllabaries Chart. The character for RA was taken from the Bikol Mintz font.
